Raw bitumen undergoes an oxidising process and thereby bitumen becomes sludge/moisture free and softening/penetration values are improvised considerably. This is otherwise known as “Blown Bitumen” and same has wide range of industrial applications. Industrial grades are used for waterproofing, Damp proofing, Acid/Alkali resistant, Sub flooring, Canal lining, Road construction, Joint filler board, Lamination, Battery sealing. This is also used for the manufacture of cable joining compound, paint, printing ink, explosives etc. These Grades are further distinguished depending upon their softening points and penetration values.

Raw bitumen obtained from refinery is processed to produce the desired grade of specification in order to take care of lowest temperature (responsible for cracking) and maximum temperature (responsible for rutting) We produce 2 different grades

Grade 30/40 - VG 40

Grade 10/20 -

Bitumen emulsion is a dispersion of bitumen in an aqueous continuous phase, stabilized by emulsifier. They are prepared as emulsions at a high temperature, but applied as solid dispersions at ambient temperature. Emulsion is cold application and emulsified bitumen acts as a key tool in road maintenance and road construction as it combines amazing versatility while offering multiple comparative advantages. Emulsion have wide spread use mainly as a Tack coat, Prime coat and maintenance of potholes. Use of Emulsion is highly recommended by Ministry of Surface Road and NHA authority. We have the following Grades of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion.

Rapid Setting - RS1 - For tack coat application

Rapid Setting - RS2 - For surface dressing, grouting.

Medium Setting -MS - For repair work/ surface dressing/penetration macadam

Slow Setting - SS1 - For prime coat, crack/fog sealing.

Slow Setting - SS2 - For slurry seal, road mixes, prime coat.

This is a blend of selected grade of Bitumen and modifier like rubber or polymer. Product is available for minimum 100 MT and above orders only.

Grade CRMB – Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen (IS:15462 – 2004) Different grades are :-

CRMB-50 - For cold climate zones

CRMB-55 - For moderate climate zones

CRMB -60 - For hot climate zones.

Grade PMB – Polymer Modified Bitumen. Different grades are :-

PMB - 40 - for hot climate zones

PMB - 70 - for moderate climate PMB -120 - for cold climate zones

Bituprimer (IS:3384)

Also known as bituminous black / black japan / oil primer. This is brush able and can be used for anti corrosion, long lasting and with best hydrophobic qualities. Commonly used for painting of automotive chases, concrete / masonary / metal surfaces, sealing of concrete slab expansion joints etc . Available in 20/25 ltre drum.

Bitukote :

Cold applied water based emulsion. This is ideal for waterproofing & protection of thermal insulated surfaces both for hot and cold pipes, reaction vessels, boilers etc; protection of buried steel pipes / structures as well as concrete foundations, leaky walls / roofs having cracks etc.

Bitusilver :

Silver colored alumimum paint with non corrosive property and ideal for metallic structures, oil / gas pipelines in high sensitive areas.

Rain Guard Adhesive

This is a compound ideal as a sticker for rain guarding the latex without harming the rubber trees. It is cold applied and possess best adhesive quality.

Rubbercoat Compound.

This is brush able bitumen compound used on rubber trees to guard against weather harm. Available in 20/25 ltre drum.

Cold Stick Compound.

This is a brush able bituminous compound ideal for waterproofing building structure / wooden / masonary works.

Bituroof.

This is a brush able bitumen based compound which can be applied for various applications like crack filling, leakage in masonary works, wooden structures etc.

Biturope.

Bitumen greasy compound used for painting/covering fishing wire rope, small and medium fishing vessels as a body coat
